Corrections Policy
Make a material error easy to identify and put right.
Report an issue
Use the Contact page and include the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong and a supporting first-party source if available. Do not send customer records, payment details or other sensitive information.
How an issue is assessed
We distinguish a factual error from a disagreement with editorial judgement. Product and pricing corrections should identify the relevant plan, region and date. We review the source and change or qualify unsupported wording.
Visible corrections
A material correction should be noted on the affected article with an accurate correction date and a short explanation. Typographical fixes need not create a misleading claim that the whole article has been newly researched.
No guaranteed response time
We do not publish a response-time promise we cannot substantiate. Urgent software support issues should go to the supplier rather than to this publication.
